Description

Battery-powered fault indication for lightly loaded overhead feeders

The BFI-035 is a battery-powered line fault indicator for medium-voltage overhead feeders. It is intended for locations where line current may be low or intermittent and energy harvesting is not reliable enough.

A diagnostic flash sequence allows field crews to distinguish a true fault indication from battery service requirements. Settings can be selected during commissioning to match feeder protection coordination.
