Visual fault passage indication for medium-voltage overhead distribution feeders

The OLI-635 is a compact overhead line fault indicator for radial and loop-operated medium-voltage feeders. It is intended for installation directly on a phase conductor and provides clear visual indication after short-circuit or earth-fault passage.

The device combines current surge detection with voltage presence supervision to reduce nuisance indication during load switching and transformer inrush. It is suitable for utilities that need a field-visible indicator without permanent communication infrastructure.
